Accountability - Sunday
All in all, a good day. i've been playing on the new computer..still waiting to get the old one back..but this is certainly nice..Not much exercise today but a bit of walking, three loads of laundry, alittle yard detail and vacuuming..Not a half marathon but not bad either.
Eats for the day:
Early Breakfast (about 6 am) along with coffee, 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/2 a microwaved apple, 1/3 serving sugar free pancake syrup
double espresso and 4 oz plain soy milk frothed (about 8 am)
24 oz drink mix and a cup of coffee with powdered creamer (about 9 am)
24 oz drink mix and two cups of coffee w/half n half (about 10:30)
Second Breakfast: Steak and Eggs about 4 oz of ribeye steak with the fat and junk trimmed for the puppies at home and two fried eggs, 2 slices tomato (instead of home fries! good choice! (about 11 am so we can call it lunch!)
24 oz drink mix
No lunch but about 2 pm I had another double espresso with 4 oz plain soy milk frothed..yummers! and it gave me a kick so I had the energy to finish the house work..
Dinner: a stuffed bell pepper..It amounted to 1 large bell pepper, 1 cup of cooked lean ground beef, 1 oz barbecue sauce and 1 oz cheddar cheese..I put taco sauce on it and ate the WHOLE thing..it sure tasted good but boy it was filling..this was about 5:30 pm.
I'm still seriously stuffed..I may have a single serving of popcorn later but..I'm so stuffed now, I'm thinking maybe some herb tea and bed..I've been on an herb tea kick lately. I bought some licorice tea yesterday and it might be calling my name..
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1619
Fat: 90.0
Carbs: 92.1
Protein: 117.1
Actually, even with the popcorn, this is a great day for my food intake..I feel really good about it. I'm also thinking my espresso habit is a good thing! LOL. Now I'm looking for a professional tamper and a nice frothing pitcher..maybe my dear hubby will take my hints for Valentine's Day. LOL.
Tomorrow is the start of another work week. Lets make it a new start on our road to fabulous..Keep on track but if you don't keep getting back up and trying again..You can't succeed if you don't try..
How did you do?

I had a lazy Sunday! Slept in until 8, had breakfast and read the Sunday paper until it was time for church. Made lunch once home and puttered around the house. Went to our favorite Mexican place for dinner. They were short three servers; and because I was so hingry I ate too many chips! I usually count out ten and that is what I have. I could not eat my chicken tortilla soup once it came.
0830-fried egg rf cheese and a bagel thin
1100-cookie at church
1300-WW meat and veggie
1500 baked cheetos, half an apple and 1 T peanut butter
1830-tortilla chips and salsa, few bites of soup
2030-rf string cheese, rf wheat thins, half an apple and 1 T peanut butter
All my water and such but no exercise but that is okay. Busy week ahead and it may snow again up here this week; lets hope for rain!

You did great! All sorts of water and fluids..good job..and you made some really good choices..awesome..
I keep watching the newspapers for stuff that keeps and works good in the cupboard..like peanut butter last week...$1.25 a jar for Skippy..and then I read the labels and found the natural creamy was less sugar and more protein than the reduced fat...SCORE! You just have to not be in a hurry, I guess.
Keep up the good work..see ya.
