That's it...get back up and keep trying...Yup. the dark urine would be a good indicator..

If you can exercise on those little numbers for calories be careful you don't faint! Just walking and doing housework on that little number would wear me out!

But get after it..it's a process and doesn't happen over night..continue to take your vitamins and get your water in and the rest will fall into place..
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
