Today was a better day for me too! I am trying to get to bed earlier (like by midnight...) and almost forgot to post, so I cranked up the computer one more time to get here.

noon turkey dinner leftovers
1pm protein drink
2pm dried pinapple
3pm meatballs and salad
4pm blueberry muffin
5pm papaya
6pm soy chips
7pm meatballs and salad
10pm still lookin' for something to eat. protein bar

I just remebered that I had another protein drink during the day. I'm trying to use up stuff from the freezer and fridge before the big move west in two weeks. yikes.. I think I had it around 4pm

Today's totals:
calories: a whopping 1920
protein: oh my goodness..... 112 grams

alot of fluids and all vitamins

I think I am really wired. I was like a train that wouldn't stop. I will be very glad to be on the other side of this move. Look for you tomorrow. (If you're lookin' for me, I'll be the woman standing in front of the fridge while I pack boxes.)

Not standing in front of the fridge! While packing boxes you won't have time..

Wow..great protein number..even with the calorie number..I don't believe the calorie number matters so much when you get that much protein..great job!

Keep up the good work. See ya.

I love tea and it has to be decaf! Stash peppermint tea is my favorite and I have everyone in my office hooked on it. I have one of those electric tea kettles and it is running all day! I just got back from the mall. I needed a bedding set for our spare room. My nephew had borrowed it while at college but it is back now. Macy's had their $100 8 piece sets for $40 and then I had a 20% coupon so with tax it was $35. They also had all their baby clothes an additional 50% off their clearance price. I stocked up on Carters outfits. Most were $20 originally and I got them for $2.50-$5.00! My 16 year old niece is pregnant and having a boy in July. I am so sad for that baby but am trying to be supportive of her. I keep hoping she will adopt the baby out.
1030-eggs w cheese, veggie sausage, bagel thin w light butter and jelly

2000-baked chicken, baked potatoe(out of sweet ones), brocoli
2200-?baked cheetos? I bought some at the store;yummm!
I got all my water in and such. I had a really nice 5 mile run outside with my running group. I got 4 runs in this week! I also did one step class and rose the recumbant bike for an hour!

Babies having babies..Good thing she has that kind of support..they really need it. I don't know how young people raise babies if they dont have the love and support of their families..and it's gotten worse over the years. I didn't have much support from my family but I sure supported my step daughters and will support my daughter too when she has any babies..My oldest step daughter moved home to have her's..she was living on the streets otherwise..same with my other step daughter. I felt very strongly about the babies having a good home to come home to..at least for a while. GOOD FOR YOU!

running AND shopping..you were a house-a-fire yesterday! Woo hoo. Keep up the good work. You're doing great! See ya.

Take a look at what you ate..I would say from the list that you have here there are a couple of things you can adjust..

1) Too much salt ham and popcorn both have alot of salt and that will cause your body to suck in the water. Each pint weighs a pound...yup. A whole pound.

2) Not enough calories and not enough protein..your body might think it's starving to death on those few little calories..and if it believes it's starving to death, your body will hang onto the weight fearing that there won't be any more food later..you have to eat enough that your body will be comfortable shedding the pounds..

Are you getting enough water to wash that salt out? Are you sure you need to lose the weight? If you're getting any exercise at all, you need to adjust your thinking muscle weighs more than fat..Are your clothes fitting right or are they tight? Do you need to exercise more to tone up what you have rather than putting all your money on a number on the scale?

Sorry you're discouraged..it take some time to lose the weight..and you're a better woman than me if you can stick to that few calories! Wow...Keep working it...it will happen, you just need to find your happy medium...

Your right - too much salt.  I always have a bottle of water going but have noticed  my urine is darker than it should be if I'm getting enough water.
Tomorrow I'm going to focus on protein and see if I can get that number higher.
And no - I'm not exercising.  I know I should and have to but I wanted to lose a little first so it would be easier.  Excuse I know.  I have to figure out some way to exercise.
