Gastric Plication
It is a very poor procedure. The ASMBS doesn't endorse it, stats are not great, reflux is significant with plication and revision options are limited when it stretches out. :o(
The real deal, a sleeve is much better. It's not as prone to stretching, it removes the hunger causing hormone - Ghrelin and long term stats are available.
Check out who is doing plication, for the most part it is the bottom feeder surgeons, not those with outstanding reputations.
