Accountability - Friday
Wow...what a difference a Friday makes..or it could be the espresso...Yup, it's the espresso! I was wired and happy most of the day. I'm gonna have to do that more often! No laptop yet and I don't think we should attempt to buy another one until I see what Monday brings..caution is always the best policy..I wish I could remember that sometimes!
My eats for Friday:
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/2 medium apple (microwaved) and 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup
6:45 am 10 oz cup with espresso (double shot) and 4 oz plain soy milk, steamed! yum
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea (lemon zip)
9:30 am 1 oz cheddar cheese wrapped in turkey breast deli meat
10:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, some ice, Lipton Mango and Mandarin Tea
11:05 am salisbury sandwich: cheese and meat patty from left overs on a sandwich thin with 2 slices tomato
12:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix with ice, South Beach Living Way, Banana Strawberry
1:30 pm 1 medium grapefruit, 1 hard boiled egg
2:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Blue Typhoon
3:20 pm 1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts(at a retirement party), 2 clemintines
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix with ice, wyler's peach tea
6:30 pm 4 oz boneless pork chop, 1 cup salad greens and tomatoes with thousand island dressing and about 1/3 a serving of sugar free apple sauce..(love porkchops and applesauce!)
Now we get to see totals!
Calories: 1531
Fat: 70.7
Carbs: 132.9
Protein: 109.9
That Oroweat Sandwich thin I had for lunch was only 22 grams of carbs so I can't blame that at all or claim many white carbs..all the other stuff was at least good carbs. I'm hopeful for a good weekend. Money is pretty tight for us but we have a full freezer and it's not too cold..AND we have firewood to burn so we'll be fine. Payday is Monday..woo hoo for payday!
How did you do?

Oh my, oh my. What a day. Went to a ladies gathering tonight. Ran around picking up and dropping off. I really don't know what I ate so I just added 1200 calories..
Today's totals:
calories: 1815
protein: 75 grams
enought fluid and all vitamins...
I am so tired and confused... I could relate to the financial dilemna.. I believe we have expenses coming in this month about 3 times faster than income. It looks like a bumpy ride till March..

Confused? you are either dirt tired or you got too many carbs and are having a "carb coma" be careful, girl..
This time of year we have all our car insurance due so it's tough...and we nearly always count on some tax money coming this time of year..this year we're told not to file early and we know we're having less come back (maybe none at all!) so we're skeerd to spend any money. I was able to sell back the maximum of vacation days so I'll have six extrra days on this check. We're hoping that will hold us until the tax refund (if any)...but ... it's stressful for anyone.
I've been thinking that the grocery shopping on the weekends is getting us no where...too much stuff in the freezer and we buy more..so maybe instead of going to the grocery store, we go to the park and walk the dog..We'll have to have a family councel on that (dear hubby and me) and see if we can change our weekend activities..LOL.
You worked off at least some of those calories! Still, you probably got alot less than that being busy..Keep up the good work. see ya.

As low as your calories are, I'd say you can afford to have BOTH! Your calories are super low and your fat is super low..
Are you able to exercise at all with that low intake? Keep after it, dear..You'll get your results.
Keep up the good work. See ya.
