We're getting snow tonight..I still didn't do much today either..I may not even be going to work tomorrow..

My eats today:

First Breakfast (about 6 am): 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/2 medium apple, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup

24 oz drink mix, hawaiian punch orange

2nd breakfast: 3 egg cheese omelet

12 oz herb tea

Lunch: hard boiled eggs, mayo, relish and slices of cheese

24 oz drink mix, wyler's peach tea

12 oz herb tea

12 oz herb tea

Dinner: 3 tacos made from left over chicken and steak

12 oz herb tea

12 oz herb tea

I may have some more herb tea..

Totals for the day:

Calories: 1653
Fat: 100.2
Carbs: 84.0
Protein: 113.9

I call that a win. I'm happy with that.

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

I did a bit better today. Actually, it felt a lot better, because I didn't feel like I was eating anything that got in my way..

Today:
1pm one egg and 1oz cheese omelet and 1 slice of toast and of course, dried pinapple
2pm protein drink
4pm decaf coffee and pita pizza (I don't actually eat and drink at the same time, I don't know why I record it that way...)
5pm protein bar
8pm stir fry (turkey, veggies and a bit of noodles)
9pm the stir fry came out pretty good, so I went back for a bit more..
10pm 1/2 grapefruit and another dried pinapple ring.

Today's totals:
calories: 1145 (this seems really low, perhaps I miscounted something, or...did I add wrong???)
protein: 70 grams

good fluids, but only 1/2 of my vitamins, whoops..

looking forward to tomorrow. (sorry to hear about the snow..)
