Happy New Year Everyone!

It is sooo late at night that I thought for sure I would find my online buddies already posting.. guess y'all are busy, huh?

today:
noon bean burrito, 1/4 apple, protein drink
3pm dried pinapple
4pm soy chips
5pm protein bar and herbal tea
7pm pita pizza
8pm carrot cake (Not Much, it was a real small piece)
10pm bread and tahina
midnight.. maybe 1/8 cup dried cheeries

today's totals:
calories: 1565
protein: 77 grams

real good fluids today and all vitamins.

missing the posts.. look for everyone tomorrow.

Yeah, pretty busy. We didn't intend to be but we had a dinner party for the new years..we didn't make it to midnight..we made it till 9:15 so it was mdinght in New York City at least. I couldn't keep track of what I ate at the dinner party at all. I know I had bean dip and alot of cheese..I had some ritz crackers so the carb count was WAY out the window..I did much better today and that's all that counts. Starting over with the New Year..

You did awesome. 77 grams of protein? That's fantastic...you did awesome..congrats.

I'll post tonight and see you later this week. We all get to start over this year..all of us..I'm so looking forward to that!
