Accountability Wednesday
Is it possible that I am starting the post again?? Wow! Don't worry ladies, even if I do start to go to bed like the rest of the world, I'm still moving to Kansas City in 3 or 4 weeks and I'll be one time zone closer...
I must be feeling better today because I was as hungry as a horse.. I even resented the calories from my compulsive sugar habit (the carrot cake, today) thinking of the more substantial things I could have spent them on. Perhaps this is progress..
today:
6am cottage cheese and applesauce
3pm (I slept pretty hard trying to feel better) bean burrito, that josh darn carrot cake and a wee bit of chocolate.
5pm (wishing I had those wasted calories back for another bean burrito) protein drink..
7pm pita bread pizza
8pm pita bread pizza
9pm 1/4 dried cherries
Today's totals:
calories: 1480
protein: 77 grams
not quite as much fluids as I should, all vitamins
look for you tomorrow

I had a really short day Wednesday...really short.
I had a hard boiled egg for first breakfast
second breakfast was two eggs, 2 sausage, 2 bacon and 2 rye toast without the crust..
coffee, coffee, coffee.
no lunch
no snack
5 containers of water.
another container of water
Dinner (which was really late, about 7 pm) was fried calamari strips, a salmon cesaer salad and a sip of champagne...no other alcohol and another glass of water.
We were celebrating my daughter's 35th birthday and I actually went and got a tattoo..yeah, I know, I"m alittle old to be a rebel but..I figured a hermit crab was appropriate for me to have and my daughter only turns 35 once in her life. I told my younger daughter, I MAY get another one when SHE turns 35..she's 26..LOL.

Anita Jo. Hello! I had my surgery done in Elmira with Dr. Cole's group. I had Dr. Sadhasivam. He was wonderful. I was living in Binghamton at the time. Moved further south since and getting ready to move to the mid-west. But I was happy to see my favorite names come up!
Looking forward to your posts.

Anita Jo.
I hadn't heard about Arnot. It comes as a surprise. Dr. Sadhasivam has moved to Utica and is no longer with the practice in Horseheads. I can't think why they have stopped. I got the best care and had the best surgery.. I am 14 months out (had my surgery Oct.20, 2009). I have reached my goal and exceeded it. You can read my posts, I think, on my profile. I saw that your surgery was 2003? I try to get here and post to Accountabitliy every day now since I found it in November. But Dawn has been posting for a very long time. I stopped looking at 2 1/2 years. This post has been a real lifeline for me and I look forward to it each day. Since I started posting, I have been recording all of my food in a diary and it has really been helpful in getting a hold on where I am at now. It has even helped me to break the trend of regain that had begun and reversed it so that I am more confident moving on. Support is a wonderful thing.
I'll be watching for you.
