Sorry to post so early, but I'm just not feelin' so great and I'm wrappin' it up for the night...

noon falafal and bread
1pm decaf coffee
2pm more decaf coffee
3pm carrot cake (maybe that's why I don't feel so good??)
4pm bean burrito
7pm bread and tahini
8pm protein drink (yeah. my protein finally came. I was out for days.)
today's totals:
calories: 1080
protein: 57 grams
most of my fluids and all vitamins

Gosh, i hope you feel better! I had pretty much that same thing when I was so low on my calories a couple nights ago..I think my totals were 1100 or something so I was so smug and had some more pineapple upside down cake(a large portion) and had my blood sugar drop out really bad..shakes, dizzy, couldn't think but mostly it was just really feeling rotten..
