Accountability - Monday
Today felt so much like Wednesday or Thursday! I'm losing track of the days..Of course I was cleaning up the house for our road trip tomorrow and stayed really busy..
My eats for Monday:
2 cups of coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
Breakfast: 2 slices rye toast without the crust, 2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices bacon
2 containers of water
Lunch: beef n bean burrito that I made some time ago: 1/2 cup lean beef, 1/4 cup refried beans, 1/2 oz cheddar cheese, 1 medium flour tortilla
1 container of water, 1 cup herb tea
Dinner: 4.5 oz tillapia, fried, 1 cup sweetpotato casserole
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1135
Fat: 51.4
Carbs: 90.4
Protein: 77.4
Not nearly enough of anything..But for the next couple of days I may be off track. So I figure it will work itself to even by the weekend..

1145-steamed veggies, spaghetti w meat sauce, sprinkle parmeson and a small piece of garlic bread oh and a sf snickerdoodle
1330-2 small sugar cookies from a co worker
1430-apple and sf ff yogurt
1730-potstickers, teriyaki chicken and steamed veggies
Snack later not sure what. I am at 15oo calories already
all my water and such

Now I know some of the stuff that I had today and I'm guessing on some of it. But my son came for a short overnight visit and I am so excited to hear all of his news and stories that I just tried not to miss anything...

1 cup of homemade chile and a roll (small)
small piece of carrot cake and, God forgive me, chips
today's totals:
calories: I'm rounding up for today to 1500
protein: too bad I can't round up for this: 31 grams
deficient amount of fluids, but all vitamins.
