Accountability - Sunday
After taking the day off yesterday, I did alright today. Even with the sugar free candy I got in my Christmas Stocking...calling . to . me.
The oven crapped out on us yesterday trying to make our Christmas Dinner..The igniter wouldn't light and when it did light and cycled off...it wouldn't relight..but we found that if we picked up the front of the oven just alittle and dropped it, it would start back up..it was a LONG five hours!
Today, we went over to our neighbor's house and got his old oven from his old house and cleaned it up..and fired it up..it works like a dream! Woo Hoo for great neighbors!
My eats for Sunday:
coffee coffee coffee
Breakfast: 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/2 small apple, 1/3 serving sugar free pancake syrup
2 containers of water
snack: 1 sugar free pc of candy (3 is one serving!), 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick
Lunch: 1 cup of green bean casserole with 4 oz dark turkey meat
2 glasses (20 oz each) water, drink mix
snack: 1 sugar free pc of candy
Snack: 1 sugar free pc of candy
Dinner: oroweat sandwich thin, 4 oz turkey breast meat, 1 oz cheddar cheese, 2 slices tomato, 1 T mayo..
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1576
Fat: 81.5
Carbs: 106.6
Protein: 127.0
Not bad. I've had all my vitamins and all my water..alittle exercise..it's all good..We're getting ready for a road trip later this week too..

I am having a vision of what set of cir****tances led to you discovering that lifting and dropping the oven helped. I know that my last week has been difficult enough for me, that lifing and dropping an oven really sounds like a great idea...

calories: 1400 (this looks like a 'convenient' total, hummm)
protein: 59 grams
all fluids and vitamins
after all. tomorrow IS another day (gone with the wind)

LOL. Come to think of it, I don't know how we figured that dropping the front of the stove would work..I guess nothing else we had done worked so...it was worth a try. When I got out the parts list for that thing, there was a mark next to the *igniter* so we had already replaced the igniter before on it..dear hubby took the barbeque lighter and tried to heat up the electric starter and THAT didn't work..I guess if dropping the front of the oven didn't work, we'd have had to try something else..I have no idea what but we were down to resorting to violence at that point...
Because of the weather here being so bad, i've been just about bored to tears..Good thing we're going to Sacramento tomorrow...that will be exciting..Yeah, tomorrow is another day!

The oven story made me giggle! I agree with Lella I am curious how you figured that out? I was so tired from working night shift Christmas Eve and only sleeping two hours once home I was out of it the whole day. I did not track so amnot sure of the totals or if I remember everything.

I have to admit, I have no idea how we figured that dropping it would work. I guess we tried everything else and that didn't work...so getting more and more violent with the stupid thing, was at least worth a try. LOL.
