Today was baking day. I baked lemon bread yesterday and peanut butter bread and espresso bread today..I couldn't decide on any cookies but I did laundry and vacuumed the house..I basically stayed busy..

My eats for the day:

Breakfast: 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/2 small apple, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup (coffee, coffee, coffee)

24 oz drink mix, hawaiian punch orange

Snack: 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat, 2/3 oz low fat cream cheese

2 cups coffee w/splenda and half n half

taco salad at Denny's - I counted it as two beef tacos with lettuce

24 oz drink mix, Mango / Mandarin

Dinner: 3.5 oz baked pork chop, 2.5 oz baked yam

Later I'm planning on 1/2 a baked apple with sf short bread cookie..and some more water before that.

Actually, I've been going to bed with a container of water next to the bed.

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1341
Fat: 60.0
Carbs: 121.8
Protein: 87.2

This sort of shows that when I stay busy, I'm less likely to be stuffing things in my mouth! I did okay today..I'll be working on the water thing. I was lax in the vitamin department for a couple of days but I stepped that up today (since I was in the kitchen most of the day and that's where the vitamins sit..)

That is alot of sweet breads! I will be glad when the holidays are over and I can get back in my usual routine. I am a creature of habit I guess.
0930-oatmeal with splenda and 2 boiled eggs
1130-apple
1330-1/2 golden gobbler on wheat turkey cream cheese, cranberry sauce, walnuts lettuce and tomato ordered soup too but it was awful so skipped it.
1530-slice of my sisters banana zuchini bread with butter
2000-lc tortilla, taco meat, rf cheese, salsa, rf sour cream
2100-4 sf Murrays chocolate peppermint cookies- these are really tasty
All my water and vitamins; my new calcium came today;yeah!!
I finally got to the gym; I really needed it. It is such a stress reliever for me. I worked half a day, had lunch with my sister and visited with my nephews a bit. Picked up DD from acting camp came home fought with DH, went to the Y and then did the grocery shopping for Christmas. Had dinner with DD and now we are watching Home Alone in New York.
