Accountability - Christmas Eve..
Merry Christmas to all of us! I hope everyone is stress free and happy this Holiday season..I know, I know..that rarely ever happens but it's a good Christmas Wish, for sure!
My day isn't nearly over yet. I have yet another Christmas Party to attend..I've had a cranky day too..but I'm trying to put a smiley face on the whole thing. My oven is dying and I so wanted to bake my husband some cinnamon raisin bread..we'll see how horrible it is tomorrow after sitting around for 6 hours waiting for the oven to turn on..
Anyway, on to my eats:
breakfast as usual. protein waffles, apple and sf syrup..coffee (twice).
2 containers of water as I cleaned the house.
Went shopping and walked around alot..I felt better for it too!
Lunch: chicken marinara patties on an oroweat sandwich thin..yumm
2 more containers of water
Snack: 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
Snack: 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 hard boiled egg
1 more container of water..(whew..all my water in and all my vitamins in! Woo Hoo..that's a win!)
Now for dinner?
At my sisters they will undoubtedly have lasagna..and salad..One year they had shrimp..I loaded up on that. I'm not sure what my totals will be or what I will eat but since I'm ahead on the water and vitamins and respectible on the foods..I figure this is good for a holiday..

I had a busy day prepping for tomorrow since i am working 7P-7A tonight at my second job.
I got as much ready as I could for tomorrow. I put the ham in the pan, made the stuffed potatoes and brocoli casserole. I also made a breakfast casserole for my husband to take out to my on laws. He and DD (maybe) are going to see them after we open gifts. I will go to bed for a few hours. I am making an early dinner for DH, DD and a friend my DH invited over before checking with me. I also am making the turkey for the dinner at my sisters; they are eating around 5.
0900-scrambelled eggs w cheese, bagel thin w buter and sf jelly
1200-rf biscotti-oh yeah I made biscotti for everyone this morning as well.
1300-lc tortilla, taco meat, rf cheese, salsa, and rf sour cream
1530-2 rf string cheese and a serving of rf wheat thins
1830-blackened pork tacos
I will eat more during the night I brought an apple, two little mandarin oranges, hummus with pretzel thins and I forgot I had a sugar cookie at dinner.
All my water, calcium, vitamins but no exercise except cooking and baking for 8 hours straight.

I guess I come from a big family and it's just not christmas unless there are double digit guests coming over for me to feed..I could say that I live for that sort of stuff! We invited two people who have no family over for Christmas and only one could come..it makes me sad but I guess it's normal now..
Cooking and baking for 8 hours is hard work! I think you got your exercise for the day..I hope you had a lovely Christmas..I did..
