Accountability - Wednesday
I planned to do some baking today but while on the way to Albertsons to get some bread flour a neighbor called us..he's stuck in Ridgecrest (near Death Valley) with his truck at the shop and the mechanic wanted a ton of money to fix it..so off we headed with the trailer to get him and his truck.
I have dinner nearly done too..here is the day as it stacked up:
I actually skipped my first breakfast today! 2 cups of coffee and that is all
24 oz drink mix, not remembering which flavor
Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 slices rye toast, 2 slices bacon, 2 slices tomato
24 oz drink mix, hawaiian punch orange
20 oz coffee w/ soy milk
20 oz coffee w/soy milk
Lunch: chicken quesadilla (water before that)
24 oz drink Mix, GV Strawberry
Dinner: stuffed bell peppers with mozzarella cheese
Totals for the day:
Calories; 1717
Fat: 101.0
Carbs: 88.7
Protein: 119.5
I think I'm done for the night..maybe some more water..tomorrow is baking day..I'll be on my feet most of the day, I think..

I want to bake some biscotti but will probably not get to it until after Christmas! It will be Happy New YearBiscotti instead of merry Christmas. It is low fat so it will fit with the theme of fitness!

1800-1 fish taco and maybe 1/2 cup refied beans and several tortilla chips
2000-inside of two small pork carnitas tacos
2100-sf ff vanilla and diet rootbeer
2200-1 serving sf cookies
I walked on my lunch hour yesterday in the cold wind! All my water and such. I agree the blue sky is a wonderful sight lately since it has been anunusually wet fall for us. I am working a half day today(thursday) then will finish up whatever is going to get finished as far as shopping. I also need to grocery shop. I will go ate tonight or early tomorrow.
