Accountability - Tuesday
Tuesday..what a lazy day I had today. We took our son over to his friend's house this afternoon and we could have gone out to eat but came home and ate burgers instead. I napped for two hours earlier. I'm thinking stuffed peppers tomorrow and I'm also thinking I want to do some baking for gifts for the neighbors and some friends. We'll see..
My eats for today:
5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/4 large apple, 1/3 serving sugar free pancake syrup
8:00 am 24 oz drink mix, GV Strawberry
9:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat, 1/2 small apple, 2 T reduced fat peanut butter
11:00 am 1/2 beef tamale, 1 cup turkey chili
1:00 pm 1/4 cup honey roasted peanuts, 1 medium banana
(nap time!)
3:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Wyler's Pink Lemonade
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry
5:30 pm 3 oz burger patty, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 2 slices tomato, 1 whole wheat sandwich thin, 1T miracle whip and 1/4 of a grilled cooked onion.
Since I insisted on having those honey roasted peanuts and the peanut butter..I won't be having dessert tonight. I'm thinking a nice vanilla chai tea and bed time...after some television..

I feel like I'm slipping but it's still not bad. Not great but I did get my vitamins. I just need to try harder to get in my fluids..

I am having internet issues;again! I am not sure I remember what all I ate but here goes!

1200-1/2 roast beef panini and 1 biscotti
1445- other haff of panini
1800-t bone steak, sweet potato and brocoli
2000-small piece of cake
2200 string cheese and rf wheat thins
2300- 100 cal popcorn
All my vits and water. I wonder where Leila is; hope she is not sick!
Tired of this rain as I am sure the people being drenched in California are as well!

I was wondering about Leila myself..I do hope she's alright!
Yeah, you got that right about the rain down here..We've gotten over 6 inches in the last five days..over an inch a day and then last night it was suppose to be about an inch an hour for several hours..today we actually got to see the blue sky alittle! Amazing how blue that sucker is when you haven't seen it..and we're already ahead of our rain totals for the year and we aren't even TO our rainy season yet..
