Accountability - Monday
Well, another day towards Christmas..I had my yearly mammogram this morning so I missed my second breakfast..Totally threw me off..
My eats for Monday:
6:30 am protein waffles, 1/4 large apple, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup
9:00 am 24 oz drink mix,
10: 00 am 24 oz drink mix,
Lunch: 1/2 beef tamale, 1 cup turkey chili with beans
24 oz drink mix,
double espresso (made at home..I'm getting really bad about this stuff!) We were invited to dinner at Red Lobster with old friends..it was a lovely time!
Dinner: seafood platter at Red Lobster and I ate the whole thing! AND a salad..yikes. Now my estimation of this is 10 scallops, 7 shrimp and a sole fillet..a cup of salad greens with italian dressing..I ate 1/2 of one of those cheese biscuits they bring you but waited considered it dessert and iced tea with lemon which I drank before they brought the meal..

Carbs: 93.3
Protein: 148.5
Wow..hardly enough carbs..not even good ones. I thing tomorrow I do the carbs and leave the protein completely alone. I was thinking tomorrow to work on some sewing. I have some things I could take in..and with that plan in mind, I think I'm calling it a night.

My mother loved Red Lobster. I have not been to one since she died which was 15 years ago! The last time we went she bit into her cherry tomato from her salad and it squirted acrooss the room and hit a gentleman right in the eye! He just laughed and bet her she couldn't do it again. She was so embaressed.We used to get together with her side of the family around holidays too; not much of that either since she died; which I actually miss.

2000- chex mix w pretzels picked out
2100-sf ff ice cream w diet root beer
all my water and such but only walking from shopping all day!

I hardly see my mom's side of the family any more either..but since I've been on facebook, I've connected with her sisters and quite a few of my cousins..it's really a great thing for getting together with family..Best thing for me, since I'm a gramma and have some of my grandkids as friends too..I figure facebook and photo sharing there is the best thing for gramma's since KODAK..
Ooo..eggs benedict is my hubbies favorite fancy breakfast. Right now, he and dear son are *addicted* to biscuits and gravy at our local breakfast place (Tom's)..
I'm so freakin lazy today! I took a two hour nap..yikes.
