Accountability - Sunday
Well, the party continues. My hubby just got off the phone with a good friend who invited us to dinner tomorrow night. A party last night, another party tomorrow night..and then a party in Friday..sheesh..I'm hoping this isn't the beginning of a long spiral down..LOL..
My eats for today:
Breakfast: 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/4 large apple, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup..
1 container of water
1 container of water
2nd Breakfast: 2 fried eggs, 1/2 cup home fries, 6 small to medium onion rings (dear hubby had that and our son had the biscuits and gravy I would have had..)
Snack?? nothing. another container of water and then I made two cups of espresso with frothed plain soy milk..actually a whole cup of soy milk!
Dinner: 4 oz chicken thigh meat, broiled, on a sandwich thin with a tablespoon of mayo
totals for the day:
Calories: 1765
Fat: 97.2
Carbs: 97.9
Protein: 135.0
Not too bad for the holidays. I think being obsessive about weighing myself might be a good thing right now..I'm not pigging out, actually but I am eating every 3-4 hours and I've been keeping long hours..and doing some walking. Notnearly enough but it's really cold and the weather is getting worse..
I'm figuring this is a by today..not a win, not a loss either..

1400-2 slices de lite pizza
1600-3 cheese and cracker squares
1730-meatloaf, sweet potato, brocoli
2000-1 serving of chex mix minus the pretzels- I give them to the dog
2100-hungry so I ate 2 oz leftover chicken teriyaki-no rice
2115-another brownie
all my water and such but no exercise!

I am going to get back on track tomorrow food, exercise and tracking them. I am working voluntarily Mon-Thursday at my regualr job this week, so that should help.

LOL..we talked about this today actually.. When our best friends lived next door here we used to have a barbeque or get to gether for dinner three times a week..When they moved to Washington State about 10 years ago, we quit doing any of that and we miss it, alot! We agonized over going to my brother's place cuz he's sort of . well . not easy to get along with most of the time but his wife lost her father last week and needed to see everyone for re-assurance, I think..So we went and it was nice. My sister's gathering on Christmas Eve has been going on for over 20 years now so, it's hard to say no to that..
The friends of ours that invited us to dinner haven't been socializing with anyone..they're sort of newlyweds (but not married) and didn't want to share eachother much..silly kids! He's about 66 years old and she's probably alittle older than me (maybe 53)...We saw them in May for about a half hour on their way to Vegas for some fun..they are out of town on road trips and traveling all the time to socialize..
You need that exercise..It's what keeps you on the straight and narrow..me too! I need to get moving more! This rain is killing me..I figure we're going to have 7=8 inches by Wednesday! We heard a weather alert on the way home tonight..flash flooding tonight! Oh joy..
