I'm ready for the last day at work for two weeks! It makes me happy just thinking about it..so happy it's irking my co-workers. LOL! I pulled off a Christmas Gift today. We had two young german shepherd dogs come into one of our offices..The phone number on their tag was disconnected so I did a reverse search in yb.com and contacted our Central Registration for students with parents of the same name and found the owners in our neighborhood...happy Christmas to a family with two wander prone dogs! To celebrate, I went out to lunch at the buffet place with the girls in the office..yup, another party!
 
My eats for Friday:
 
5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
 
5:30 am 1/4 serving of vanilla protein waffles, 1/4 large apple, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup
 
6:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
 
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
 
8:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
 
8:15 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
 
9:00 am 10 oz real chinese tea (giant tea leaves from Taiwan, no less!)
 
9:30 am 1 small orange, raw
 
10:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Peach Tea
 
11:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
 
1:15 pm 1 cup salad greens, 6 grape tomatoes, zesty italian dressing, 1/2 salisbury steak, 2 small pc fried fish, 1 oz cooked green beans, most of a small baked chicken leg
 
3:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
 
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
 
6:00 pm chicken marinara by Banquet on a sandwich thin...then 1/2 cup canned corn cooked.

For dessert: 1/2 a small apple microwaved and a short bread cookie (sugar free of course).

Wow! A good day at work, two weeks off from work and good party choices! No that's a good day!

I did my turkey dinner. I think that I never want to do another turkey dinner. I do believe that this one just took me over the edge. We'll see what happens when November comes calling again..

today:
2pm (yes, 2pm) veggie, fish, rice thing from yesterday and 3 cookies...I'm not defeated on this yet, just making very slow progress..
3pm protein drink
6pm turkey dinner saucer (not plate) with turkey, mashed potatoes, dressing, gravy, baked corn and sweet potatoes (made with Splenda brown sugar, they were wonderful..) My friend was with me and we estimated the calorie count for this at 400 based on the serving sizes.
8pm custard cake and the last cookie
9pm protein bar

today's totals:
calories: 1423
protein: 60 grams

all of my fluids and vitamins

and tomorrow is another day...

Today was another Christmas party but I made pretty good choices. I got my calcium in twice today; yuck! I am using the last of my powdered stuff from bariatric advantage it is 1100mg calcium citrate and 400 of vit D if I remember correctly in 2 level teaspoons.I take extra chewable vit D in addition. I mix it with lemonade crystal light. I have ordered the cherry lozenges; I had some samples and they are pretty tasty. I would suggest a bone scan for anyone to get a baseline.
0800-egg beater omellette w bacon and veggies
1200-inside of a turkey and cheese sandwich, tomato soup, few pieces of fruit and a spoonful of pasta salad. I was too full for the green salad. I did have a cookie and a diet coke that I wish I would of left alone.
1600-banana
1800-hamburger patty w lite swiss, sweet potato
2000 1 serving chex mix w pretzels picked out and given to my fat black lab
2100-1/2 WW frozen desert- it was too sweet gave the rest to the dog.
All my water and such. Hope the weekend is restful for all of us!
