Body Bug or Body Media Device

I just ordered my Body Media device from Costco.com.  It is on Sale for $149.00 for the device, 12 month subscription, and two arm band straps.  This is the cheapest I have seen it in the last two years.

Does anyone else out there have one?  Did you find it helpful and accurate in tracking you calorie intake and output?  Please share any tips or advice you might have.

I have gone through 2 Omron pedometers that I loved using to track my progress.  Just thought I would get a bit more high tech.  I am very interested to see if I am getting enough quality sleep.

There's a little stick thing that you clip on your sleeve or in your pocket..about the size of a quarter that goes into a docking station and communicates with your computer...Fitbit? I think it's about $100 with no subscription or the premium subscription is $50 a year..you should check that out as well..I know some people who have the Body Bugg and love it..I just haven't had the money

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
