Accountability - Wednesday
I got a pretty late start today..Slept in till after 5 am...for me, that's late! Tomorrow is another Christmas Party so I'm hoping I made the right choice for my meal..I'm having Chicken Mandarin Salad without almonds..yum..
My eats for Wednesday:
6:00 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/4 large apple, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup
6:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
8:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
8:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
9:15 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Wyler's Peach Tea
10:10 am 1/2 small apple
12:00 pm 12 oz coffee w/half n half
1:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Berry Lemonade
1:30 pm 1 cup spaghetti sauce with lean ground beef, 1/2 cup cooked carrots
2:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Power Edge Wild Berry Caffeinated
3:30 pm 1 hardboiled egg
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Polar Blast
6:00 pm 2 servings Banquet Meatballs and sauce (1 serving is only 4 meat balls) and about a cup of whole wheat pasta, cooked..oh, and a slice of whole wheat toast with garlic butter on it..
Yup, I'm totally stuffed..I may not have any room for dessert..I'll have tea for dessert.

Carbs are alittle up and protein is alittle down but still, it's okay. I did alright.

You are a party girl! I did okay; it has been a long day! DD woke up vomitting at 0300 and kept at it for over 8 hours! She took a long nap and now is keeping her fluids down but has quite a fever!It seems everyone is coming down with the crud or lives with someone who is. Oh well, she will be fine for Christmas.
1000-2 veggie sausage, fried egg, rf cheese, and a bagel thin
1400-rf string cheese 16 rf wheat thins
1800-chicken, sweet potato, I am out of brocoli
2000-bagel thin PB SF jelly
not enough fluids but all my vits. I did not get any exercise but that is okay. I was busy and active around the house.

Your late day is 5am?? Oh dear. My late day means noon... of course I do stay up until 2am, nevertheless.. I am glad that I don't have a party to go to. I'm not that happy with the way I control myself at home yet. So I'll just wish you good party choices.
Feeling bad for Mary and the vomiting at home. That's not easy. Hoping tomorrow is a better day. I think all of the 'crud' in my house is in my nose..
Tonight my husband and I decided to move...Several states away...nooo problem...and hopefully, no binge eating from anxiety.. Thank God that I am writing in every night. It is really making a difference. My lowest weight was two and a 1/2 months ago at 139.8 (sorry but I have a digital scale..) and then I went up to 146.2 and started to panic. I just couldn't bring it back down past 144. But today I got a 141.8. Just being aware of what I am eating by writing it down has made a big difference and helped me to adjust my mind to reality, instead of thinking that whatever I could eat, I should eat (I did this for months to be sure I was eating enough.) Now that I can eat more, I am slowly adjusting to what and how much I should eat. (oh dear, this is getting to be a rather long story..)
OK. Today:
2pm toast and cheese omelet
3pm protein drink and dried pinapple
5pm fish (perch) and one serving perogies
6pm one banana
7pm one serving perogies, pistachios (1/2 cup) and herbal tea
8pm dried cheeries (1/4 cup)
10pm some kind of Pakistani desert, milk based, that my husband brought home from a gathering (1/2 cup)

protein: 84 grams
enought fluids and all vitamins
and to all a good night.
