12:15 pm 1/16 quiche, 2 meat balls, 1 cup spinach salad, about 9 potato chips, 2T ranch dip (ate slowly and methodically and didn't rush or take another plate full! and no birthday cake either..I did really good!)

2:30 pm 1/2 medium apple

Not at all bad. I had all my vitamins, I got quite a bit of walking in, even in the cool weather. The weather is suppose to be much worse later in the week so I best appreciate what we have now..I've been up too long today so I'll be headed to bed before 8 pm!

3 miles on the treadmill-walking at 4.0 mph and at 4.0% incline. I did not feel like running. All my water and such.
The weather here is awful; heavy rains and winds. Our new walking trail caved in from all the rain.

Woo Hoo for strong willpower! I figured the potato chips was a temptation and I stared them RIGHT in the face and only ate a few..The last time, I parked myself right by the chip bowl and filled my plate like three times..and got sick..So this time I fought them and won..
You did even better than me, though with all that yummy stuff..and the treadmill..at least you have that to fall back on when the weather is cruddy..

5:30pm bread pudding (now you just know that I can't really digest this properly. after eating I sit in a chair and wonder what made me think THAT was a good idea..)
7pm second serving of perogies (not too good at diversity, am I?)
8pm herbal tea
9pm 1/2 muffin

I have a love/hate relationship with the parties and food this time of year..It's a long history that I'm fighting against.
I hope you're feeling better! My husband is sick and it makes it hard to plan which parties we're going to..My brother has one this Saturday. I'm wondering if hubby will be better by then..I do want to go because my sister-in-law's dad is very sick..I feel bad for her!
You did really good..I do the same thing..if it works the first time...why branch out?! I keep eating the same thing for DAYS afterwards..LOL. And the bread pudding? If you could find a high protein bread it would work better but those are extremely expensive so ... so long as you aren't eating it each day, several times a day...enjoy it and then suffer. That's what I do. LOL.
