Whew! I'm sure the office fairies are going to make this the LONGEST five days in work history with all the issues that could possibly go wrong in our office until I leave on Friday for two weeks..I can't even describe this first day without getting irritated!
 
My eats for Monday:
 
5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/nsa Swiss Miss (times 2)
 
5:30 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/4 large apple, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup
 
6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
 
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Mango & Mandarin Tea
 
9:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
 
10:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Wyler's Peach Tea
 
11:00 am 1 can (3.75 oz) sardines with mustard sauce, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 1 sandwich thin
 
12:00 pm 12 oz coffee w/Half an Half creamer
 
1:20 pm 1 small orange, raw
 
2:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
 
3:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Wyler's Pink Lemonade

6:30 pm 3 oz chicken breast, stewed, 1 cup spaghetti meat sauce, 3 cooked carrots

Well, I can afford a dessert..Not sure what I'll have but possibly nsa ice cream and some cookie..that will add about 200 calories..

You eat sardines voluntarily? I hope this wek goes slowly, the weekends are so busy that I get overwhelmed and exhausted!
0830-carbmaster yogurt and a banana
1000-Fuji apple
1230-bagel thin w deli turkey, lite swiss, rf mayo, and lettuce leaves
,baked cheetos,sf ff brownie
1400-fiber one bar
1630-100 cal kettle corn
1745-rf string cheese 8 rf wheat thins
1945-bottom bun of a grilled McChicken with the chicken and lettuce-NO FRIES!!!
2145-sf ff brownie
3 mile run all my water and such

I'm still feeling a little punk.. but I think tomorrow is going to be better. At least I hope so. Right now I can't think my way out of a paper bag.

today:
9am protein bar
2pm 1 slice of toast, 2 egg omelet with veggies and ginger tea
3pm dried pinapple
5pm 1/2 grapefruit
5:30pm salmon filet
6pm soy chips
7pm lettuce salad with cheese
8pm another dried pinapple and more ginger tea

today's totals:
calories: 1190 (now you know I really didn't feel good..)
protein: 68 grams

all fluids and vitamins

Hope tomorrow is a good day for everyone.
