I just can't hardly believe that I'm the first one posting today! I'm usually on posting at midnight, but tonight I closed the "kitchen" early..

today:
8am beef stew and a protein bar
1pm another protein bar
3pm beef stew
6pm salmon and potatoes
and then it happened...
7pm chocolate zucchini cake. I got so sick for so long that I just quit eating for the day!

today's totals:
calories: 1270
protein: 72 grams

all of my fluids and vitamins

know you're busy, but hope everyone is doing great.

This day was exhausting and i'm not at all sure why..We did the normal Saturday stuff and then some housework..or at least I did..Maybe cuz I didn't get all my vitamins in but still.

B: 1/4 serving protein waffles with a fried egg on top (for a change) and sugar free pancake syrup

2B: 2 fried eggs, 2 pc rye toast without the crust

3 containers of water while we were shopping..

Lunch Marie Calendar's Frozen meal with 3 oz kielbasa sausage and mustard.

2 containers of water

Dinner: 3 oz burger patty with 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce with meat

Dessert: 1/2 cup NSA Blue Bunny Ice Cream

After a nice hot shower and a nice cup of tea, I'm headed straight to bed for some sleep..yeah.

Totals for the day:

Calories: 1621
Fat; 93.3
Carbs: 116.7
Protein: 96.5

Not bad. I didn't do half bad for a Saturday..Nighty Night! See ya tomorrow.

PS. I really do appreciate you posting the start on this..It's nice to know that you are there! Thank you!

I eat whatever I feel like eating, you bicycle 400 miles a week and you would also.  I have ridden my road bicycle over 11,000 miles this year.  what have you done?

Good for you..I'm always jealous of someone who has the time and the intestinal fortitude to ride or do anything like that..I can't commit to exercise to that extent or I wouldn't have ever needed surgery! But if you can do that and can continue to do that, that's awesome! I tend to want to keep realistic goals when it comes to exercise. Gym membership costs too much, extreme sports tend to bring on injuries and frankly, at 50 years old, I want to stay clear of possible injuries..And if I depend on that sort of exercise and get hurt..I'll be 300 pounds again in no time..

Congrats on your intestinal fortitude and determination..

But I do believe your post was bordering on the unnecessarily terse side.
