Actually, it is after midnight, so I guess it is Saturday.. but here is my post for today.

today:
noon beef stew and (oh, no, is this really the way I'm starting out my day?) zucchini cake...
2pm decaf coffee
3pm protein drink
4pm dried pinapple and more decaf coffee
5pm salmon and sweet potatoes
6pm 1/2 grapefruit
7pm protein bar
9pm last of the decaf coffee
8:30pm beef stew
10pm I thought I could make it, but I didn't..I started and ended my day with zucchini cake (a smaller piece this time..)

Today's totals:
calories: 1685 (a miracle what with the cake, you know?)
protein: 103 grams (wow!)

all of my fluids and vitamins.

My Friday was pretty good but I didn't log a single thing on fitday..

Breakfast: coffee and protein waffles with apple and sugar free pancake syrup

2nd Breakfast: 2 fried eggs, 2 slices rye toast without the crust, 2 slices bacon and some home fries (probably about a cup!)

No lunch but three containers of water and a cup of coffee at Starbucks while shopping

About 3 pm we stopped and had a meal..Teriyaki Chicken, Teriyaki Salmon and some salad greens..it was a meal special at a sushi place but I left the rice and ate 1 piece of tempura sweet potato..

Dinner: 3 oz kielbasa sausage and some mashed potatoes with garlic and parm cheese..

Another container of water

For Dessert I had a sugar free short bread cookie and some reduced fat peanut butter

I also drank a container of water during the night..

Could have been much worse, I guess but I had a really lovely time shopping with my daughter for her birthday..
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
