Today feels like Friday to me..cuz tomorrow I'll be having fun shopping and wearing myself out, I'm sure..my eating tomorrow should be pretty interesting!  

My eats for Thursday:  

5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss  

6:00 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup  

6:45 am 24 oz drink mix, GV Strawberry  

7:00 am - blood test..for hormones,

7:30 filled the gas tank for the weekend.  

8:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss  

8:30 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat  

9:15 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Wyler's Peach Tea  

10:00 am turkey sandwich: 1 sandwich thin, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 3 oz turkey meat  

12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with half n half creamers  

1:00 pm 1 oz turkey meat, 1 hard boiled egg  

1:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Caffeinated  

2:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Lemon Tea  

3:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Peach Tea  

6:00 pm Marie Calendars Pasta and Chicken with 2 oz added turkey breast meat. I found a similar meal in fitday..The original had 18 grams of protein but there sure didn't seem to be much meat in what I ate..that's why I added the additional turkey..  

So here are my totals:

Calories: 1346
Fat: 61.5
Carbs: 94.2
Protein: 115.9

I could have a dessert..I can't decide what to have so I'll just leave it open. Tomorrow is a full day of shopping. I may or may not be able to keep track of it all but I'll try..It doesn't have to be exact but within tolerances is nice.

I did okay. How did you do? 
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Today was much better. I am back on track and writing down my choices and seeing what it means in a day's time. Up at my usual late start to the day, but I was so tired from yesterday that I didn't start eating till 1pm.

today:
1pm protein bar
3pm protein drink and 1/2 grapefruit
3:30pm 1/4 cup cashews
4pm dried pinapple, strange day so far...
5pm 4 little samosas, seemed harmless enough until I looked on the package for the calorie count and found out that they totaled 350 calories!!! Yikes! they were about 1 inch big, so as you can imagine, not very satisfying. Bad choice.

6pm homemade beef stew, yummy
8pm more beef stew and a large cup of herbal tea
9pm chocolate zucchini cake. I found the exact recipe that I used and the calorie count was another whopping 300 calories. this 300 was a lot more satisfying than the earier 350.. still..

today's totals:
calories: 1695
protein: 83 grams

good day for fluids and all vitamins
