I was doing much better today! Dear hubby is feeling better and I was able to get some photos from my daughter on facebook..I love having current photos!

My eats for Wednesday:

4:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

5:30 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup (I started to put a banana on it and took one bite...way too sweet so I passed on that)

6:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Wyler's Peach Tea

8:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat

8:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

9:15 am 1/4 large apple

9:45 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Berry Limeade

10:30 am 1/2 can tuna, 1 sandwich thin..(should not have eaten this at all!)

11:30 am Turkey (about 3 oz), tortilla wrap (about 1/2 cup), 1/4 cup mashed potatoes with gravy, broccoli salad (looked really good - 2/3 cup of that!) tablespoon of rice [OUCH too much party and now I'm not feeling well. this happens WAY too much at these parties and then I have to leave for fear that I'll get sick and barf in front of people..So I retreat to my desk and hide for a while ready to run to the rest room but at least no one is around!]

1:20 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit (finally able to drink alittle!)  

2:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Wyler's Peach Tea

3:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange

4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Hydrating Berry

For Dinner: spaghetti and meat balls or spaghetti and a meat patty with sauce..or at least that's how I'm gonna count it..

For Dessert: single serving bag of Kettle Corn Popcorn, thank GOD the honey roasted peanuts are gone!

So what did I learn from the party today? I learned that I really do need to get a small dessert plate and use that instead of the bigger plate. I need to take ONE thing at a time and not fill my plate, EVER! sigh, after four years of this, I'm still learning..

As long as I stick to what is planned for dinner and dessert..I did last night so it stands to reason that I'll be okay for tonight. I may even have a cup of tea before bed, nice WARM tea..

Office parties are dangerous! I did okay, kind of tired today, not sure why. I am going to be in bed by 10 tonight to make sure I am rested.
0800-oatmeal with splenda
1100-turkey chili 4 saltines
1400-cottage cheese mixed fruit
1700-string cheese 5 ritz
1900-hamburger patty, sweet potato, brocoli
2030-fage w raspberries and 1/2 banana
2130-5 ritz and 1 TB peanutbutter
all my water and such.

Oh Dawn, this was such a crazy day, that I can't even remember what I ate and not much was written down. I was feeling pretty bad about this but I decided to just login and say I'm still here.

And then I read your post... It's great!!!
I loved when you said: "thank GOD the honey roasted peanuts are gone!" and your description of the party meal at 11:30 is priceless. I understood every word.. I just try to sit really really still until that "Oh what have I eaten?" feeling passes, because I don't want to throw up due to over eating!!! And the time between that and the next drink mix is just right. About that time you start thinking: "maybe some fluids would help.."

I am, once again, so very glad you're out there...

Happy you and family are feeling better. Hope tomorrow is great.
