Accountability Saturday

Fair day for me; how about the rest of you?
1000-scrambled eggs w rf cheese,turkey sausage patty and 1 LF Bisquick blueberry pancake w sf apricot preserves
1200-cookie
1400-grilled chicken salad on mixed greens w rf dressing
1900-hamburger patty, bagel thin, brocoli, sweet potato
2100-cookie
All my water and such, 3.3 mile run. Took a tumble on the trail, my shoulder is a bit sore and I have a swollen lip, but it could of been much worse!

I'm not sure what kind of day I had. I just seemed at odds with myself, don't know why.

today:
8am cottage cheese and applesauce and 1 slice of bread
noon bean burrito and 1/4 cup cashews
1pm protein drink
3pm muffin
4pm soy chips
5pm bean burrito
6pm dried pinapple ring
7pm a wee bit of chocolate
8pm small piece of cheese lasagna, decaf coffee

today's totals:
calories: 1705
protein: 93 grams

fluids were okay, but could have been better, all vitamins

This week has been stressful and the weekend doesn't look much better. Our internet serving has been painfully slow and at times, non-existant! We exceeded our limits on access for our satelite service. I couldn't get on last night at all..This morning I have limited but I can post some..hopefully! We'll see when I push the button.

Breakfast: 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/4 apple, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup (I took the other three servings to my dad this morning too!)

No second breakfast but I had three containers of water. I had to go shopping by myself cuz dear hubby is sick..chest cold so the cold air would really hurt him.

1st Lunch: 1 cup chili con carne with some added turkey. About 2 oz.

2nd Lunch: a salad with 3 oz turkey breast meat, 1 hard boiled egg, salad greens (including raw spinach..yum) and 1 oz zesty italian dressing.

Another container of water, 24 oz.

Snack: 1/4 cup honey roasted peanuts (couldn't help myself!)

Dinner: hamburger with lean ground beef on a sandwich thin with mayo..

Dessert(Should have skipped this but I was SO frustrated after getting off the phone with the Satelite People!) a piece of pumpkin pie with a squirt of whipped cream (sugar free for the most part..the filling was sugar free but the crust was regular graham cracker crust).

Totals for the day:

Carbs: 131.2
Protein: 139.7

All in all, because I've lost weight again from the stress, I'd say this wasn't bad. Because of the limited access, I'm most bothered by not being able to post my accountability or get into fitday to get my totals..Things should get better but this time of year, stress is a byproduct of the season..
