Accountability - Friday - it's been a really LONG week!
I'm doing a bit better today. I got two loads of laundry washed and hung so at least I'll have underwear! LOL. The laundry sure piles up when you aren't at home, I guess. It was nice to be home but the noises, or lack of noises kept me awake. It felt funny to not hear the refrigerator that sounds like a trash truck!
My eats for Friday:
5:30 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/4 large apple Microwaved, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup
9:30 am 1/4 large raw apple
1:00 pm
3:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg
Dessert: a slice of pumpkin pie, I think, Sugar Free of course!~

This website is acting strang tonight, but not enough to keep me from posting! This has been a bean burrito day. I found a great recipe from America's Test Kitchen for Beef Tacos which I modified to make my pinto beans. I just love the recipe and I really love pinto beans..
Today:
7am First bean burrito of the day
7:30am protein drink and a cookie..
noon second bean burrito and the last cookie..
1pm decaf coffee
7:30pm the last of the homemade soup and a slice of cheese
8pm the last bean burrito and a slice of dried pinapple
9pm "a bit of chocolate.."

Except for locking myself out of the house, it was a pretty good day..
I missed my internet too, but I can look a bit at work
0930-Swiss Miss 25 calorie diet hot chocolate with a scoop of Designer Whey protein in it, 1/2 C oatmeal w splenda
1300-6 tortilla chips, mexican seasoned chicken, shredded cheese, salsa, sour cream on mixed greens and a sf choc chip cookie
1500-1/2 pbj on wheat, cottage cheese, mixed fruit
1750-other half PBJ after running and on the way to do Salasa Splash; water aerobics
1930-burger patty,bagel thin,small french fry from McDonalds stopped on the way home from the Y for DD so I just got a small fry and made my own "Happy Meal"
2030-sf ff ice cream diet rootbeer
2330-1 serving Teddy Grahams
All my water and vits, 3 mile run and an hour of water aerobics. I worked alot of hours this week and it went by really fast!
