Nice Costco find
Normally WLS patients do not need food by the metric arseload. However, a recent trip to Costco revealed they had Fage 0% Greek Yogurt.
Being Costco, they were selling the 35oz containers for $7 and change. Normally our grocery stores sell the 17oz container for $5 and change so this is quite a savings.
Expiration dates were about one month out.

I don't know if you have a Kroger Grocery store in your area, but they carry a Kroger Brand yogurt called Carbmaster. The protein content varies, depending on flavor, but they range from 8 to 12 gms of protein per container, and they are only 60 to 80 calories per serving. They are only 39 Cents each. I usually have one every morning for breakfast.
Another loser
We do not have a Kroger in the area but I can see why they would be 39 cents. I'm trying to figure out what that stuff is:
Ingredients: water, milk protein concentrate, whey protein concentrate, cream, modified corn starch, glycerine, natural and artifical flavor, salt, gelatin, tricalcium phosphate, malic acid, phosphoric acid, pectin, agar, sodium citrate, sucralose, acesulfame potassium, annatto and turmeric extract (for color), vitamin a palmitate, vitamin D3, active cultures with L acidophilus and B. bifidum.
I'll stick with Fage
Ingredients: Grade A Pasteurized Skimmed Milk, Live Active Yogurt Cultures (L. Bulgaricus, S. Thermophilus)

Here in Oregon Kroger is Fred Meyers but yes the Carbmaster is great. From Costco I am a huge fan of the Premium Protein Shakes. I drink at least one a day since my surgery. I am going to have to see if my Costco sell the Fage as it is a favorite of mine and got me through the first month after surgery. Thank you all for sharing.
