Missing Accountability Thursday
I know this has been a busy week for Dawn. I hope that she will be back online tomorrow.
I had a pretty good day. A batch of cookies got me.. why do I make them?? But otherwise it was a good day.
Today:
noon quasedilla and protein drink
3pm cookies (3)
4pm bean tortilla and dried pinapple ring
6pm homemade turkey noodle soup, 3 more cookies and decaf coffee
8pm another decaf coffee
10pm more of the soup

calories: 1310
protein: 62 grams
all of my fluids and vitamins

THERE'S NO PLACE LIKE HOME! Thursday was my last night and morning spent with my dad.. It's been really an eye opener on his condition and frame of mind too. I have to say I'm gonna miss him sneaking up on me..even with his walker! I'll be checking on him alittle more now and for the next couple of days I'll still be over there alittle. Tomorrow to bring his newspaper in and Saturday to deliver a batch of protein waffles! He requested them so I will do that for my dear daddy..

5:30 am 12 oz herb tea
6:00 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/4 large apple, raw, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup
6:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
8:00 am 12 oz Coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss (AH! coffee!)
8:50 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
10:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Wyler's Peach Tea
11:00 am 4 oz burger patty with ranch dressing
1:00 pm 1 medium orange, 1 hard boiled egg
1:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
3:00 pm 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat (suddenly regretting that I gave my pear to my dad this morning!) just kidding.

Ya know? Stress makes me lose weight! I lost more weight at my dad's house..When I got home I weighed 125.6 and early Friday morning I tip the scales at 124.4. yikes.
