Missing Accountability Tuesday
Almost forgot to post tonight. Trying to do too many things in one day.

10am bread, egg, cheese, butter and sugar/cinnamon
10:30am protein drink
noon homemade turkey noodle soup and decaf coffee
1:30pm dried pinapple slice
3pm protein bar
4pm more soup and pinapple
5pm mac and cheese and jello salad
7pm pumpkin muffin
8pm soy chips
9pm York mini peppermint patty
today's totals:
calories: 1580
protein: 81 grams
(not as bad as I feared, but then, few things are...)

Not to worry..Apparently this whole ordeal is a lesson in how to deal with no internet access for me..I didn't realize I was so addicted!

6:00 am 1/4 serving protein waffle, 1/4 apple, 1/3 serving sugar free syrup
7:00 am I forgot my water this morning! Oh no!
8:00 am 12 oz coffee w/creamer and splenda
9:15 am 1 oz monterey jack cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
10:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Hydrating Berry
11:25 am hardboiled egg
12:00 pm 20 oz decaff coffee (ran home after lunch!)
1:30 pm 2 cups turkey noodle soup
3:00 pm turkey sandwich on sandwich thin with mayo(instead of the fruit I should have eaten!)
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
6:30 pm 4 oz burger patty with 1/2 cup green bean casserole
7:30 pm 12 oz cup herb tea

I can't wait for things to normalize! I did good. I'm hoping to do better for the next couple of days and then find a cave to hide in..I may be too cranky to be in the real world until I get my requirement of internet..

My dad told me he liked the smell of my protein waffles Tuesday morning so I gave him my waffle that I was going to have Wednesday. I had to run home and get some more supplies because of that and that I'll be staying till Thursday morning..no internet is weighing heavy on me!
