Not my best day. I got to my dad's place about 2 pm but I'm not eating right..I can blame it all on my dad, I guess! LOL.

Breakfast: 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/4 apple, 1/3 serving sugar free syrup

24 oz drink mix

2Breakfast: cheese omelet and coffee..and some fried potatoes

Lunch: I think I missed lunch

4 cups of tea

Dinner: 3.5 oz turkey, 1/2 cup cornbread stuffing, 1/2 cup green bean casserole (left overs from T-Day)

a cup of tea.

So here is the total: 
Calories: 1537
Fat: 86.1
Carbs: 89.3
Protein: 110.9

Not bad..How did you do? 

I'm not sure if I'll have access to the internet or for how long..Take care..

Glad you made it online. I thought I was in the clear from Thanksgiving and then came the call from a friend insisting that we come over for HER turkey dinner!

8am leftovers..

3pm let's see.. leftovers
4pm Protein drink
7pm new turkey dinner...

today:
calories: 1630
protein: 50gr.
all of my water and vitamins

looking forward to a day without stuffing..

I know exactly what you mean. I ate stuffing at my dad's only because that was what there was to eat and I think my mom had all the stuff measured out..I didn't want to eat up all their turkey...on top of that, the stuffing had either walnuts in it or pecans or something..I'm allergic to nuts so I had to pick them out. It's a good thing I'm not extremely allergic or just the nuts touching the rest would have been bad..

We sure make do alot!

You still did pretty good..an extra protein drink would have put a cherry on top but then ... as I always say, tomorrow is another day (like in Gone With the Wind..)

Breakfast- steak omlette from IHop

1/2 cob salad (wow it was good)

2 slices turkey breast
1 cucumber with 1 tsp blue cheese dressing

1 protein bar

lot of clear liquids

I also had pistacio nuts (sp)
