Accountability - Wednesday Turkey Eve
Alittle better today. We went into town again for a couple of things at Winco..nothing else going on..sorting through what I'm doing tomorrow and cleaning the house. Mornings are still starting really early, about 5 am. Even when I have the day off, I can't seem to sleep in..Makes for a really LONG day..but at least things get done!
Breakfast: along with coffee: 1/4 serving protein waffles with reduced fat peanut butter
2Breakfast: 2 fried eggs, 1 slice rye toast, 2 slices bacon...sure took me a LONG time to eat this.
24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
24 oz Drink Mix, Wyler's Peach Tea
Lunch: lots of left overs: 1 salisbury steak, 1/2 cup mixed veggies, 1 cup home fried potatoes
24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
Dinner: 4 oz fried tilapia, 1 small baked yam, 1/2 corn on the cob, 1/2 tablespoon margarine
I'm not sure about having any dessert but maybe a 100 calorie bag of kettle corn..maybe. I won't count it because I'll probably just go to bed without it. That's what happens sometimes..I even allow for it and then don't actually get to it...and then other nights, I allow for it and have that AND something else..

Calories: 1557
Fat: 73.2
Carbs: 129.2
Protein: 109.8
Now, I won't be keeping track of what I eat tomorrow but I do know it will include:
protein waffles, 1/2 an apple, sf syrup..then no lunch other than maybe a cup of chili (and possibly a tamale) maybe a wine cooler - then for dinner: turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, sweet potatoes, pumpkin pie and possibly cranberry cheese bread and butter..then oh yeah! A NAP...it's a tradition. LOL. Probably top out at 2200 calories but I DON'T CARE!

Take T-Day with a grain of salt (tequilla optional..) and don't even allow yourself to think that it's going to be the reason you put on 90 pounds..It's ONE DAY..enjoy it!

I am so tired tonight and have written out such an elaborate schedule of events for tomorrow to ensure that I actually get the meal finished on time..
I wrote down everything for today.
Here is my summary:
cottage cheese and applesauce, protein dringk, dried pinapple rings, coleslaw, turkey bacon and one egg omelet, protein bar, ziti with beef, roll, a cookie, finally that uneaten York mini peppermint and an undetermined amount of chocolate frosting that slipped into my mouth while preparing for tomorrow.
Total:
calories: 1340 (or more depending on my frosting estimate...)
protein: 73 gr.

Wow..that frosting is really a draw..Are you keeping it in a cupboard that you dont go into much. I have a BUNCH of snacks in a cupboard that I hardly ever go into and I'm always surprised that I have so much up there and hardly ever *hit* it..I also bought the sugar free frosting containers by Pillsbury too..for some reason, that doesn't seem to have that sugar *pull* on me..
