I didn't get much down around the house but we got all the stuff for the Feast on Thursday..

My eats for Saturday:

Breakfast: 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/4 large apple, 1/3 serving sugar free syrup

24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry

2Breakfast: 1/2 egg burrito

24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange

Lunch: the other half of the egg burrito with spaghetti sauce

24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal light

12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

Dinner: 4 oz chicken breast, baked, 1/3 cup mashed potato, 1 oz gravy

24 oz Drink Mix, Wyler's Peach Tea

Dessert: 1 reduced sugar cup cake

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1506
Fat: 70.6
Carbs:124.0
Protein: 104.1

I did a bit of walking but with the rain, it was limited..It's been really cold and wet here..not normal for the desert but it will be better..

How did you do?

Turkey Day shopping' how fun! We are going to my sisters and I am bringing the ham. I will make a sf desert as well; not sure yet what it will be. I am not known for my cooking or baking skills, so I may surprise everyone and make something beautiful and tasty! I will look on some websites. I was busy all day at work; 12 hours just flew by! I also was able to stay away from all the candy and cookies! I brought my own sf ff peanut butter applesauce cookies I made last night. They taste pretty good' more cake like than cookie like but they taste pretty good.
0800-eggs w cheese,small scoop hashbrowns and a turkey sausage patty
1030-2 of my cookies
1330-1/2 french dip and sweet potato
1530-2 more of my cookies
1800-Atkins protein drink, 1 laughing cow wedge. 4 small wheat crackers,and an apple
2000-low carb tortilla, rf cheese salsa, rf sour cream
maybe a protein hot chocolate protein is still kind of low for some reason. I am off to bed, I am tired! It is cold here too and wet! Hope the snow stays away!

I love it when it's busy at work..it makes the time just fly by! ooo. those cookies sound awesome. I will need the recipe, if you have it handy..

We had snow in the local mountains this morning. I even took pictures because this is the earliest I've EVER seen snow for here..crazy.

Looks good on the food and the protein has to be great..Keep up the good work. See ya.

Good evening ladies.
I ate like a crazy person today. I'm not even sure why, I just couldn't stop. Mostly what I ate was okay, just too much. But I had a fierce sugar crave. I wrote down everything.
8am cottage cheese and applesauce
1 pm baked spaghetti, soy chips
2pm protein drink, beef and bean burrito
3pm dried pinapple ring and chocolate chips (not cookies, just the chips...)
4pm frosting off a spoon (thought those days were gone)
5pm mac and cheese, tea
6:30 pm lettuce salad
10 pm baked spaghetti, dried cherries and dried pinapple (should have gone to bed early)

total for today
calories: 1850
protein: 86 gr.

I am exhausted..

I have sugar free frosting and do the same thing..Yeah, the days of regular sugar are gone but...sadly, the brain still wants that sweet treat and sometimes the frosting and spoon is the handiest thing..that's why I keep the sugar free around. Had I read the label a few weeks ago, I'd have seen what I grabbed was regular sugar frosting and wouldn't have gotten so sick!

I also have sugar free chocolate chips..I have it all covered and have no excuses..LOL.

You did pretty good today! even with the crazy eating..Not really all that bad for crazy eating..Wait till I try and explain what I do to my diet on Thursday..reduced sugar or sugar free, of course..LOL.
