Hectic day around here today! I made chili for the birthday party and it was YUMMY! My boss is out sick and the office is really empty today. I think everyone is gearing up for next week..

5:30 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/2 apple, 1/3 serving sugar free pancake syrup
vitamins: Multi vitamin, omega 3, B-12, garlic oil, lethicin oil,

Chili sounds good! I have had a long week! I am taking tomorrow off; I am so tired! I have to work Saturday at my second job but am going to take it easy Sunday, I do not want to feel this tired all week again. I think it is part mental too.
0830-eggbeater omellette w cacon
1030-2 mini milky ways
1330-greek chicken on a stick and pita
1600-soy sf hot chocolate-made me sick, had to lay down and take a nap for an hour
1830-lc tortilla, pizza sauce, turkey pepperoni, mozarella 2%
2030-I am going to make baked apples in the microwave in a minute.
No exercise, not enough water and no vitamins! I am out and will go buy some tomorrow! That is probably why I am so tired partially anyway!

I hope you're not coming down with something during the holidays..take care of yourself and get as much rest as you can! Mental fatigue is just as bad. If you can get out into something like sunshine, that would help..Do they have indoor shopping malls up there where you can walk? I know you're crunched for time with all you do but do what you can..
You did good on the food too. DONT FORGET YOUR VITAMINS! That can make you tired too..B-12 is what my go to vitamin is when I feel run down. I'm taking between 500 and 1500 a day on that..

2:00 pm decaf coffee and cookies (3), I really need to stop baking cookies.
4:00 pm beef and bean burrito (1/2 cup filling and a small tortilla)
5:00 pm dried paypaya (1 oz.)
5:30 pm lettuce and tomato salad with one oz. cheese
7:00 pm another beef and bean burrito
7:30 pm 3 more cookies! (this is so embarrassing that I considered not confessing, but then what is the point and how does one improve?)
9:00 pm dried pinapple ring, one

I had to really do some soul searching when it came to baking. I baked 6 different kinds of cookies one year to send to the grandkids and didn't have too much trouble not touching them, except the homemade chocolate chip cookies..my husband makes them all the time and they are definitely a problem. So I can't bake them and I can't keep them around. We buy the ready made dough so he can make four or eight and then eat them all at once..OR we can bake them but I have to give them ALL away right away..I know it's mind games but it's what works for me.
I had a problem early out with dried fruit cuz it's got SO much sugar in it..but I don't have a problem now and the fiber is pretty good for me.
If you baked, you were standing up alot in the kitchen and that counts too..You weren't lounging around in any case!
