I am still tired from working so much this weekend! There was a huge windstorm last night and the power went out. We went to bed early and the power was back on when we woke up. Alot of people are still without it! I am teaching an all day class tomorrow and am a bit nervous!

I hate it when the power goes out anymore. For years it was only out for an hour or two but this last year it was out nearly 24 hours..I was so worried about the food in the freezer we even considered getting a generator..
I have been thinking about quiches lately..If I can make mini ones, I might do that..I'm also thinking about mini-mince meat pies for Thanksgiving since only hubby and myself like them..
You did okay..but you'll do even better tomorrow! Keep up the good work See ya.

I love your daily post. I found it yesterday and immediately typed up a food, water and vitamin chart to track what I do each day. I have reached my goal weight and I am very worried about regaining. Can anyone add to your post? I'm kind of new to doing this and not sure if this is a group or something. I love your title "accoutability"

Maintenance is a foreign animal to most of us when we get to goal. My surgeon told me that I was done losing weight and I asked him how to stop. He said "eat more." which really didn't help much.
For 11 months I'd measured and weighed, calculated and kept track of all that I ate...well, not exactly but I was watching and didn't know how, exactly, to stop losing..
So you eat what you eat and if you gain you adjust it down...and if you lose, you adjust it up alittle..Then you exercise and put on muscle and deal with the emotional issues of the number on the scale going up..We're all in that same boat but at least we're together!
You are more than welcome to post your foods and what you are doing. This board and thread is for all of us..Some days I do good, some days I do really really bad...but the fact is, I keep trying. We all keep trying..
