Well, today was the last day of four days off..and I ended it with a bang..TWO wine coolers and some frozen yogurt. I checked the label and it was really low sugar but still, I felt light headed after and I'm sure it was all the sugar...My blood sugar dropped to really low levels..So I ate some honey roasted peanuts..still not great but better than passing out..

Breakfast: left over two scrambled eggs, 3 slices bacon, sandwich thin and processed cheese slice

2B: 2 fried eggs, 2 slices rye toast

Lunch: 2.5 oz cooked shrimp on salad with lettuce and tomato, zesty italian dressing

Snack: Wine cooler (actually two of them..)

Dinner: Sandwich thin with 5 oz of chicken thigh, grilled

Dessert: 1/2 cup frozen yogurt.

Snack: honey roasted peanuts, 1/4 cup

Here's the sad total:

Calories: 1829
Fat: 82.6
Carbs: 133.5
Protein: 117.6

I'm just too tired to care tonight..It's been a really long weekend and the evening was exciting (we had a rattle snake try and come to dinner so dh shot it..LOL I even posted a video of it on facebook..) I need to head to bed! I'll do better tomorrow.

How did you do?

I love these accountability pages.  Thank you.  I was at goal and then gained about 18 pounds.  I am so off track and sick over it.  Seeing what you write each day really helps.  How are you keeping track of the calories, protiens etc.  Do you have a book or look it up online? I dont even know how many calories I should be taking in, but I know Ive been taking in too many of the wrong kinds of calories.

Hugs,
Monica

I'm not sure about everyone else but I use fitday. com. It allows me to set up and put in custom foods that I use all the time and they have a good amount of foods that I use in their database.

When I calculate carbs I have to look at the list and see if they're good carbs (fruits and veggies) or white carbs (breads, pastas, rice, potatoes, crackers...) I have recently upped the carbs number due to issues with my gallbladder and cholesterol..So I'm not so stressing over the carbs numbers unless I can see they're all white..

I'm not sure how many calories you should be taking in..It's really an individual thing. Since you want to lose weight, I'd start low at around 1000 calories and see how you feel with that.
