Accountability- Thursday
All in all not a bad day. I got some walking in at Winco and Walmart...Tomorrow we may be headed to a movie and alittle more shopping..
My eats:
1st breakfast: 1/4 serving protein waffles, a banana and 1/3 serving sugar free syrup (and the majority of vitamins, multi, B-12, biotin, omega 3, garlic, lethecin..) coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss (alittle house cleaning here..with some laundry)
24 oz drink mix, GV Strawberry
2nd breakfast: 3 egg whites, 2 slices rye toast, 3 slices tomato and coffee with half and half
24 oz drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
24 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Raspberry Tea
Lunch: sandwich thin with a hard boiled egg, processed cheese and mayo
24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
Dinner: Cheese burger on a sandwich thin, lettuce, tomato and mayo (and mustard).
Also for a snack I had a reduced sugar cup cake with no frosting. I made these for the barbeque we're having on Sunday but since they're reduced sugar...I can have some of them..
I don't know if I'll have another snack. I know I'll put a container of water next to the bed..

All my water and vits; missed the calcium. May get it in before bed. Made it to the Y but am still having thigh pain from over using it last week. I walked at 4 mph for half a mile, ran a mile at 5 mph then walked another half a mile at 4 mph. Will do that again tomorrow and see how it goes.
