Area Above Pouch Stretched? Ever heard of?

Went today for an endoscopy - not feeling satiated anymore - wanted to check it out.  Doc says pouch is fine, but (and this was described to my fiance') the "area above the pouch" is stretched.

I don't go back to the doc for a couple of weeks.

Ever heard of this?  Any fixes?

Thanks!

If it's in the esophagus (which is above the stomach), my guess would be a hiatal hernia.

My surgeon has people in his practice who are stretched above and or below the pouch.  He thinks it is from eating too much and the food expands above and below the pouch.

I am having a colonoscopy and endo Nov 30.  My blood count and iron are both low and he wants to see whats going on.  He said there is a way of shrinking the opening of the pouch with  an injection.  We will talk about that after the test.  Good luck!
