Accountaibility - Wednesday
I lost a whole pound with all the stress yesterday...So today, I'm hungry! I did manage to get enough sleep but that background headache I've had for a couple of days is alittle worse today..I'm taking tylenol for that..In the afternoon the headache was gone but I was having trouble getting in water cuz my stomach was CLOSED due to stress..all in all, not a good stress day.
My eats:
5:30 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/2 apple, 1/3 serving sugar free syrup
6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/ splenda and plain soy milk
6:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
8:30 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese on a medium corn tortilla
9:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
10:30 am 1 small orange
11:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
1:00 pm 3.5 oz pot roast, 1 cup spaghetti sauce with meat
2:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Polar Blast
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
6:30 pm chicken marinara, 1/3 cup mashed potatoes, 1/2 cup canned green beans
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1594
Fat: 80.7
Carbs: 128.4
Protein: 104.7
I managed to keep from gettting too many bad carbs but didn't get enough water..Just felt full all day long. I know it's the stress. I found out the space between paychecks is going to be rediculous from mid December to January..UNREAL! and I can see all sorts of irritated hourly workers are gonna be seeing red for Christmas..It's going to get really ugly! Not just me...and that makes my job extremely stressful. I really do feel for those people..
My totals are okay and I have to accept them even so..Tomorrow, I'll try and do better. I'll also keep some water next to the bed tonight just in case I get thirsty...I know I will,

I am emberassed to post what I ate yesterday. I have put it into perspective but it is still scary that I ate so much sugar! The trick is I spread it out so I do not dump from one big sugar item. Calorie wise I was at my top end which is fine on a day when I burn 600 calories but I missed my workout because DD was not feeling well so we stayed home.
I would be stressed with all that time off unpaid. Do people get to use vacation hours if they have them or do they go without pay totally? I tooka $6000/year pay cut with htis new position I took in September and we are really feeling it. I have been taking vacation days from my regular job and working a shift here and there at my second job to get us through. We run a tight budget as it is.
0830-oatmeal with splenda and a boiled egg
1030- 2 donut holes
1230-1/4 of a snickerdoodle and eight mini pretzel twists
1300-slice of Hawaiin pizza-regular crust
1430-chocolate chip cookie at Veterans Day Program
1830-spaghetti pie-cooking light recipe and I used only half the noodles
2030-sf hot chocolate and animal crackers
2130-1/2 serving baked ruffles because that is all that was left in the bag!

It's gonna be really tight at Christmas..We can sell back vacation days. I signed up to sell back 6 of them(the max). I had to fill out the form by November 15th and not expect to get paid for them until January 10th..It's totally the not knowing how much to plan for to pay bills..I still don't know how much one day is costing me..And having them not being honest with me really stresses me out..I actually yelled at the payroll clerk...right before I ran into my bosses office and shut the door. Some people don't have vacation days to sell back..some people are worse off than me..It should be a crime but they do it anyway..
I see you stressed out over the carbs..one day isn't a killer but it really is just one day..I know it prays on your mind and makes you feel bad..You'll make up for it when you're back burning calories..
The stress will do weird things to us..But it's temporary..You can over come it..You're strong..
