Would you believe it? They messed up my paycheck AGAIN..that's three times in a row..So of course, I blew a gasket at work..yelling and crying..what is the problem with expecting the payroll department to get my check right? sigh..I need to retire..I don't have the stomach for this sort of stuff!
5:00 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/2 apple, 1/3 serving sugar free syrup
6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am 12 oz coffee wNSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 24 oz decaf coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
9:00 am 1 small orange
9:45 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
10:40 am roast beef sandwich: 3.5 oz pot roast, 1 bagel thin, 1 slice processed american cheese
11:45 am 12 oz decaf coffee w/splenda and half and half
1:30 pm 2 stewed carrots, 1/2 stewed potato
2:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Wyler's Peach Tea
2:45 pm 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat, 1 medium banana
4:00 pm 2 raw carrots,
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
5:30 pm 1/4 lb burger patty, 2/3 spaghetti sauce
Totals for the day:

Carbs: 140.7
Protein: 127.2
Not bad. I'm so down because of the payroll error...I'm really tired..I may just head to bed at 7 pm..

1800-Kashi Go Lean Crunch Bar
2100-fried egg,bagel thin,2 slices thin bacon, rf swiss
2200-kettle corn
all my vits and water, no exercise but that is okay.

I actually lost over a pound even with the good eating..sigh...stress just does it to me.
Your eating was good..I absolutely love those bagel thins! Thanks for telling me about them..I tried them with cream cheese and smoked salmon but it wasn't like I remembered it...but as sandwiches they certainly rock!
