ACCOUNTABILITY MONDAY
Dawn must be busy or having computer issues. I had a great day for a Monday!
0830-eggbeater omellete with rf cheese,veggies, and bacon
1030-mini milky way and snack size peanut M&M
1230-carne asada, beans, 1 small corn tortilla
1530-cottage cheese and fruit cup
1900-apple-post zumba
2000-small banana-post walk
2100-rotiss chicken, sweet potato,steamed brocoli
2230-kettle corn?
I had all my water and vits. Took one dose of my powdered calcium should of been two; will work on that tomorrow! 1 hour of Zumba then I walked/jogged on the treadmill for 35 minutes at the Y. Hope everyone elses week is off to a great start!
1800 cal 200 carbs but over 100 gm of protein! Besides the candy it was not a bad day!

Not exactly..It just totally slipped my mind! I got to visiting on that time stealing facebook and lost all track of time..Well, I was also watching Top Gear on the BBC but seriously I think the time change stole my mind!
5:00 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/2 medium apple, 1/3 serving sugar free syrup (multi vitamin, Biotin, Omega 3(1), Garlic Oil, Lethicin Oil, B-12 500 mcg sublingual,

7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
10:00 am chicken salad: 3.5 oz chicken breast, 1 cup lettuce, 1/2 cucumber, 3 slices tomato, 1 oz caesar dressing
11:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Wyler's Peach Tea
12:00 pm 12 oz decaf coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
12:45 pm the rest of the chicken salad, 4 animal crackers (and my calcium and D)
1:00 pm 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
1:30 pm Snack Pack, Sugar Free Pudding Cup, caramel (another Omega 3)
2:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Power Edge Strawberry Tangerine Caffeinated
3:15 pm 1 small orange, raw
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
5:30 pm 5 oz pot roast (it was yummy!) 1.5 oz boiled potatoes, a couple chunks of carrot and 4 sugar free chocolate coated graham cookies..yummy too!

I missed some opportunities for good carbs but I still think this is good. The pot roast will live again in lunch this week!

Coffee with creamer (2)
Indian Eggplant something with 4 oz of grilled chicken added
Don't know about dinner. but know it will be protein first.
I plan to drink my water (at least 64 oz) Actually I don't like water so I drink green tea.
Going to support meeting tonight.
Don't think I will do a scheduled exercise until the leg feels better and the swelling goes down. We'll see how energetic I become.
Probably daily calorie count will be about 1200 and 110 protein.
