Accountability - Sunday
Well, yesterday was yesterday and today is today..and tomorrow we get do overs all over again..If I stumble today, I can still gather up the pieces and start over tomorrow. This thread is for posting what you ate and when (if you want) you ate it...log your fluids and vitamins..to keep accountable to everyone who wants to see it..Some look for ideas on what to eat and what to do..and that's cool too. If you participate, anyone can question or comment on what you eat..I do alot..I love to be a cheer leader or coach..it's my way of helping myself too..
So here goes:
Coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss. the day just can't begin for me without coffee. because of that, I hold off on my calcium until later
Breakfast today: 1/4 serving protein waffles, no apple, a splash of sugar free syrup and butter buds.
Snack: (mostly because I got up at 4 am and needed a snack) 1 oz monterey jack cheese wrapped in a corn tortilla and grilled (lightly with pan spray).
Drink Mix, 24 oz Mandarin Mango Ice Tea
Second breakfast: 2 cups coffee with half and half and splenda. 3 egg whites, fried with 2 slices rye toast and 2 slices tomato
Drink Mix, 24 oz Hawaiian Punch Orange
Drink Mix, 24 oz Hawaiian Punch Berry Limeade
Lunch: hard boiled egg, light mayo, relish on a whole wheat bagel thin
Drink Mix, 24 oz Morning Spark grapefruit Caffeinated
Drink Mix, 24 oz - - can't remember which one...

Dinner: Wanchai Ferri, Beef and Broccoli with only 1/3 cup rice and 2.75 oz chicken breast fried with no coating..I figured Ineeded to boost the protein on this!
I may have another drink..I'm thinking I need a snack. I think a baked apple and a sugar free cookie..so I'll include that in my totals
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1512
Fat: 50.3
Carbs: 167.3
Protein: 109.2
Carbs were maybe alittle high but that's probably the rice..even just alittle..Protein was still 29% which is still acceptable. The best thing is that the white carbs were low enough...NO sugar free munching..and I'll hold off on the dessert of baked apple with the short bread (sf) cookie until after 7 pm..I promise. I had my primary vitamins this morning and forgot most of the day the calcium and D..so since I haven't had any caffeine in a while, I can take the calcium now..
I'm okay with this day.

I had my regular omelet w/Eggbeaters, veg and .5 oz cheese and 2 fruits for breakfast.
Then we packed the daypacks for a 7.2 mile hike. When I hike I must eat about every hour or the BS crashes which is not good miles from anywhere. I had 1/2 c yogurt w/ applesauce and granola before we started.
Tuna wrap and carrots for the next 2 stops
Veggie burger, humus, avocado and carrots for the next 2 stops.
We got back to the vehicle by 3:30, 6 hours after leaving. We walked 7 miles. We aren't fast but enjoy it and stop every hour to eat which takes a while.
Protein bar and apple at 3:30 and 4
PB2 and SF pumpkin butter on tortilla at 5:30 and then a cup of protein ice cream.
In a little while I will have 3 oz turkey on a spinich salad and another cup of ice cream before bed.
I hope and pray I sleep well tonight so I won't be tempted to munch on stuff in the middle of the night. The last 2 nights I have resisted so maybe tonight will go well also.
