Sunday, Goals/Achievements/Set Backs
My goal for today was to run but I was still sore from Boot Camp on Friday. I walked 3 miles on the treadmill and swam instead; so kind of met thegoal of exercise but not of running for the third time this week.I did Zumba yesterday but the backs of my legs were still so sore I could not stretch very well.
Goal for tomorrow is to keep all white carbs out of my mouth! I have my lunch packed so that should help! I also want to take all my vitamins and such;including my calcium. Bone scan came back worse than last year so have switched to powedered calcium and vitamin D to see if that is absorbed better than the pills. I also want to run tomorrow; I try to run a minimum of 3 x a week; happier with 4.
