Quiet day today. Dont' forget to turn your clocks back..FALL BACK!

So my eats weren't all that great today. Not enough fruit or good carbs..But I can still have popcorn and do better. Also, I'm having hot flashes..lovely..

Eats:

B: 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/2 apple, 1/3 serving sugar free syrup

2B: cheese omelet. The menu said 6 eggs but I'm sure it wasn't that much..and home fries. Mostly ate the onions and bell peppers..

L: 1/2 cup lentil sausage soup with added spinach..yum plus I added 1/4 cup of TVP, small tortilla with processed cheese.

Dinner: 4 oz pork loin chop, 1/2 corn cob cooked, 1 cup mixed salad greens with caesar dressing and some potatoes..yum

For later: single serving kettle corn..microwaved.

Totals for the day:

Calories: 1844
Fat:103.0
Carbs: 121.8
Protein: 122.2

Actually didn't do as bad as I thought..Maybe I can skip the kettle corn. I missed a few water containers..but got all my vitamins and did some walking...and house work..not bad at all.

How did you do?
