Accountability - Thursday
actually got up late because I'd been up several times during the night to check on our biggest hermit crab. We had quite a scare yesterday when instead of finding him passed away, I found him very much alive. He just molted! I thought it would be more toward spring when he did that but I was WRONG...happily!
My eats for Thursday:
5:30 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/2 apple, 1/3 serving sugar free syrup
6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss X2
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
8:30 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
9:00 am 12 oz decaf instant coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
10:30 am salad: 1/2 cucumber, 1/2 cup cole slaw, 1/3 cup canned corn, 1fish fillet (part of this salad anyway!)
11:15 am 12 oz sugar free cappuccino (probably tons of caffeine in this!)
12:30 pm the rest of the salad plus a small chunk of pineapple, 1 serving of animal crackers and 2 T peanut butter
1:20 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
2:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
3:10 pm 1 hard boiled egg, 1 small orange
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Wyler's Peach Tea
5:45 pm 4 oz T-Bone Steak, 1 cup sausage and lentil soup, 1/4 cup mashed potatoes and 1/2 T margarine
Probably later: my baked apple with shortbread cookie

Well, I hit a new high on carbs, I think..Seems hard to keep those numbers down lately..Just a phase, I hope..The weekend is coming..I am SO looking forward to the weekend..
