Up early again...but at least I got some computer time in!
My eats Wednesday:
5:00 am 1/4 serving protein waffle, 1/2 apple, 1/3 serving sugar free pancake syrup
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am 12 oz left over Drink Mix from last night, GV Strawberry
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
8:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Polar Blast
10:30 am fish sandwich: 3.33 oz fried fish from the other night, 1/4 cup cole slaw on a bagel thin..
11:15 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Wyler's Peach Tea
12:00 pm 12 oz coffee w/creamer (is it just me or does Starbucks make the worst bitter plain coffee in the world?) bleh..
2:00 pm started 1:30 pm 1/4 cup cole slaw, and started on a salad, consisting of 1/2 cucumber, 1/2 corn off the cob, 2 slices tomato and 1 oz zesty italian dressing
3:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg, 1 small orange, raw
3:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Power Edge Wild Berry Caffeinate
6:00 pm 4 oz baked chicken breast, 1/3 cup canned corn, 1 very small baked potato, skin not eaten and 1/2 T margarine
For later: 1/2 apple, microwaved with splenda brown sugar and a crumbled short bread cookie..yum.
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1609
Fat: 70.7
Carbs: 153.5
Protein: 108.4
Not bad at all. Includes all the vitamins, water..and all good carbs for the most part..I'm happy with that..

1730-light string cheese and rf wheat thins
2030-scrambled eggs w rf cheese, 2 bacon, bagel thin
2130-1/2 c sf ff vanilla and diet rootbeer,baked ruffles
all my water and such, was tired and had a headache so only did stationary bike for 34 minutes.
I did my totals but forgot them now; they looked pretty good. I forgot I walked at work on my lunch break.

Walking is good. At work is even better. Any time I can get exercise and get away from my desk is good..
Not much dense protein in that list for Wednesday. You did really good on protein though and with exercise and good proteins..Good job.
