Accountability - Tuesday
Voting Tuesday. Don't much care about how anyone votes so long as you vote. Did you know that when people used to have to walk 10 miles to get to a polling place, our voter turn out was above 80 percent even on a mid-term election? That was in 1860 when Lincoln ran and women couldn't even vote then! I heard that on Pawn Stars last night!
My eats:
5:00 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/2 apple, 1/3 serving sugar free syrup
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/plain soy milk and splenda (trying to change it up)
6:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss (it's just so darned good!)
7:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix from last night
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
8:45 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Berry Limeade
9:15 am 1/2 apple, raw
11:20 am about 2 cup sausage lentil soup with added spinach...yum.
12:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Living Way Strawberry Banana
1:00 pm salad: 1/2 cucumber, 2 slices tomato, 1 packet malt vinegar and salt and pepper
2:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
4:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg
6:30 pm, 1/4 lb cheese burger on a sandwich thin, mayo, tomato, lettuce, 2 more hush puppies from yesterday

Protein: 105.4
I'm really thirsty and I'll get another container of water before bed. I'm watching the voting returns..well, at least I had my vote counted..for what it's worth..
I'm feeling okay with what I ate today and my choices..I did good.

I vote by mail; it is so much easier! I had a good day! I was so wiped out yesterday from working that night shift Saturday, but felt good today! I am such a wuss when it comes to night shift. I don;t know how Kay does it; and seems to like it!

I'm not sure on the night shift stuff either. It takes a special person and there are people who can do that...I couldn't. I used to close the fast food restaurant when I worked there 30 million years ago and open the next morning but I was young and used to be able to party all night! LOL. not any more!
I used to work in a local City during an election. What they do with the mailed ballots in a local venue makes me sick so I can't even imagine what they do on a state level..
