Accountability - Monday

Monday..bleh..and our computer system is down AGAIN..sheesh. I should have called in sick..maybe tomorrow!? Who knows. I didn't manage to get much done today anyway but they pay me for it so, it's a wash I guess. I found out today that most of the office will be out on the 12th after the Veteran's Day holiday..It will be nice and quiet around there so it will be like a day off for me at least..woo hoo! I'm taking off the whole week of Thanksgiving...it's time to prep for Christmas! I'm like a little kid when it comes to Christmas!  

My eats for Monday:  

5:30 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/2 apple, 1/3 serving sugar free syrup  

6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss  

6:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss  

7:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix (from the night stand last night)  

8:15 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat  

9:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Berry Limeade  

9:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Living Way Strawberry Banana  

10:10 am 1/2 chicken salad: 1 cup lettuce, 2 slices tomato, 1/2 cucumber, 4 oz chicken, 1 oz thousand island dressing  

12:00 pm 12 oz Coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss  

12:45 pm the other half of that salad  

1:15 pm 1 pc sugar free candy, marshmallow chocolate covered halloween candy from my boss.  

1:50 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Power Edge Wild Berry Caffeinated  

3:15 pm 1 hard boiled egg, 1 small orange (maybe even a tangerine it was that small!)  

4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Honey Lemon Ice Tea  

6:00 pm 3.3 oz fried fish fillets from Long John Silvers, 1/2 cup coleslaw, 3 hush puppies  

7:00 pm 1/2 apple, microwaved with brown sugar splenda blend, cinnamon and a sugar free short bread cookie!

Carbs: 122.8
Protein: 105.6

Not bad. Not bad at all...I have at least three pieces of fish left for lunches this week..I'm thinking fish patty on a sandwich thin later this week..Sounds good..
