What a day..we both weren't feeling well..so I took it very easy on my tummy today.

My eats:

1B: 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/2 apple, 1/3 sugar free syrup

2B: 3 egg whites, 2 slices rye toast, 2 slices tomato

Lunch: I made sausage lentil soup...I ate two servings of it.

Snack: 1/2 apple, 1 T reduced fat peanut butter

Dinner: salisbury steak patty, processed cheese, tomato slices on a sandwich thin..

I'm trying really hard not to have a snack tonight. really hard. I had three containers of water, not enough..

Totals for the day:

Calories: 1361
Fat: 45.1
Carbs: 159.1
Protein: 95.9

Not too bad..I'm okay with that so long as I don't snack..

I worked nights last night so did not do much today. I slept until 3 this afternoon. DD wanted to make a cake in her Easy Bake Oven for DH it is his birthday tomorrow. I made lasagna because that is his favorite and it did not turn out well. I forgot to do the last layer of noodles! At least there were 1/3 less carbs!
0800-fried egg sandwich with bacon on bagel thin
1500-lc tortilla, chicken, rf cheese, salsa, rf sour cream
1900-lasagna and steamed brocoli
2030-green fluff-sf lime jello, sf ff yogurt and sf coolwhip- mixed up
I have to confess to one mini snickers, 100,000 grand and one star burst square.
No exercise,half my water have got half my vits and calcium to go. I woke up with a headache and scratchy throat so have had 2 cups echinacea tea and two Zicams. I hope it is just from no being up all night. I am going to bed soon.

You did really good..O! I hope you aren't coming down with the bug we've all had down here..

Lots of vitamin C, Garlic Oil and the Zicam...and plenty of rest...
